Returns

We accept returns only for products that are received in a damaged, defective, or incorrect condition.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The return request must be raised within 48 hours of receiving the product.
  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.
  • Clear photos and an unboxing video showing the issue must be provided.
  • The product must include all original tags, certificates, and accessories (if applicable).

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and quality assurance reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Earrings
  • Customized or personalized jewelry
  • Gift cards
  • Products purchased during special sales, clearance sales, or promotional events (unless damaged or defective)

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

Our team will review your request and respond within 2–5 business days.

Exchange Policy

Exchanges are available only for damaged, defective, or incorrect products, subject to stock availability.

If the requested replacement is unavailable, a refund or store credit may be offered at our discretion.

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
  • The refund may take 5–10 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placing the order, provided they have not been processed or shipped.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.

Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong, damaged, or defective product), we will arrange or reimburse the return shipping cost.
  • For all other approved returns, the customer may be responsible for return shipping charges.
